The interesting part isn't adding AI; it's deciding deliberately where it genuinely fits and building the guardrails that let people trust it. Done right, that judgment doesn't hold the power back; it's what sets it loose.
Leadership as Multiplication
The work I care about now is making a team better than the sum of its parts: building the safety that lets people speak up, disagree, and try things without fear, removing the friction that drains them, and giving them room to grow into harder problems. I measure it by the decisions I no longer need to make.
